FAQ’s and answers below….

What if I have bought a ticket for 2013?

Existing ticket holders will be issued full refunds via Ticketmaster, and will also receive complimentary discounts for their tickets for 2014.

Where and when will Zookastar be held in 2014?

We are aiming to stay in Battersea and stay near the iconic Power Station on a new site in Spring.  New Dates will be announced in the forthcoming weeks.

What will happen at the event in 2014?

We will be having a lot of our existing guests who were planned for 2013 still coming to Zookastar in 2014;  Aardman animations, British Action  Academy, Bloody Cuts, Videopia, The Lost Picture Show, Comic illustrators, Guest speakers, Millenium FX, Cakes and Comics, Kids & Adults Stunt Academy and more….

I entered the Music Video Competition, what happens now?

The music video competition for Tricky in association with Genero TV will be announced on-line as planned on 2nd November 2013.  We will hold a screening of the entries in one of the Zookastar cinemas in 2014.

I entered the Zookastar Short Film Competition.  What happens now?

The competition is closed for entries, and moving over to 2014.  We had so many great entries that we want to still run the award ceremony at Zookastar in 2014.  The winner and runners up will be announced at that point.
